Ones since we released ringless voicemail, it has been a hit with many of our customers. We improved the feature even further with the addition of the newly added ringless voicemail action for HubSpot workflows. Now, we can expand your customer engagement campaigns with both SMS text messages and ringless voicemails through Salesmsg.
For our HubSpot users, with Salesmsg you now have even more power in your hands: beyond the standard HubSpot objects you can now send SMS messages through custom object workflows with Salesmsg, and it's super flexibility. You can specify the recipient's phone field as an object token, or simply text all contacts associated with your custom object.
Send mass text messages from CRM workflows and platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce or ActiveCampaign without the worry of contacting someone twice. Salesmsg now automatically identifies duplicate contact, ensuring no one receives the same message more than once.
Last but not least, the Salesmsg Widget in HubSpot got a bunch of UI improvements, showing you a complete list of conversations you've had with the contact. You're reviewing, but also giving you the ability to switch inboxes and review conversations with other contacts. That's a wrap for this update!
