Whether communication is transferred between inboxes or shared with other users, you'll see all conversations in a single timeline, color-coded for clarity. Easily see through past communications without jumping between inboxes.

Manage Organization-Wide Inbox Visibility

Activate a global toggle in the Organization Settings to show conversation history from all inboxes in the timeline. This setting allows authorized users to define a default visibility for conversations, which can be reused by specific inboxes.

Set Inbox-Level Visibility Preferences

Manage inbox-specific settings on the Inbox Settings page. If the inbox uses the organization setting, all users can view the conversation history. However, if it utilizes individual settings, only inbox members will have access to the history for that inbox.

Control Inbox Access by Team Roles

Manage who can view specific inbox conversations based on team roles. If the organization setting is OFF, only inbox members can access the conversation history. When the setting is ON, non-members are granted access to the history. This encourages team collaboration while maintaining necessary privacy.

View Detailed History Without Ownership

Track message history with full transparency from both Conversations and Contact pages. See who sent messages, when they were sent, delivery status, and activities - all color-coded by inbox for clarity. Even if you don’t own the contact, you can see the relevant history when necessary. This ensures smooth transitions and informed communication for each contact.
