Collaborate effectively using Member Tagging. Now you can bring the full force of your team to every customer conversation by simply typing the “@” to mention your team members in conversation notes. You can mention individual inbox members or everyone on the inbox. All mentions for each members are viewable through the Mentions view.

Google Business Integration

For our customers who are on the Google Business suite, you can now integrate to your Google business account right from within Salesmsg to simplify the process of introducing Salesmsg to your team. When you invite members to Salesmsg, all your team’s google email addresses will visible for you to pick the ones you want to add to Salesmsg.
