Automatic Texts for Missed Calls
Never miss an opportunity to connect with your leads again! With Salesmsg 2.0, you can set up automatic follow-up text messages for missed calls. Here's how it works: Head to the "Inbox Calling Settings" section and add a new follow-up message. Then set up the delay for sending the follow-up message - we recommend five seconds after the call was missed. Once set, this feature will automatically send your pre-defined text message to the leads you can’t connect with on the phone. In other words, you’ll always be able to follow-up via text with leads you can’t reach by phone.

Undo Sent Text Messages
Didn’t mean to send that text? Now you can hit “undo” to delete it. Just add an undo setting to the message box and you’ll have the power to cancel sending upcoming text messages. Simply click on the arrow near the send button and enable the "Undo" toggle. You’ll have five seconds to “undo” a text after it’s sent. If you change your mind about sending a text before the timer runs out, simply click on the "Undo" option to cancel sending that text message.
