Last year we fully embraced the AI Revolution, giving you your very own AI text and assistant which helps you craft better messages and automatically generate responses on the fly. Plus, you can now leverage Salesmsg AI to clone your voice, enabling authentic personalized voice messages on a large scale.
Salesmsg calling received a major upgrade, evolving into a robust system with Advanced calling features such as call waiting, call transfer, and Conference calling. To take it a step further with calling, we added IVR allowing you for better service to your callers and authentic brand representation. Now creating multi-option phone trees is just a few clicks away, and in case you just want to skip calls, Al together we added yet another channel to complement texting and calling on the off that is ringless voice. Now we can broadcast voice messages directly to your customer voicemails without making individual calls.
2023 was also a great year for Integrations: we delivered the much requested Salesforce integration to give you native texting from within Salesforce. In addition, we delivered native Integrations for intercom too and make.com.
