Since launching Salesmsg's AI Textbot feature, we've been making so many improvements to make them even smarter and more powerful. Today, I'm excited to share with you two major updates that take your AI-driven messaging to the next level!
With the new AI Knowledge Base, you can now upload documents with information specific to your business to make your Textbots even smarter. Simply upload PDFs, Word Documents, CSVs, and more - the Knowledge Base will process your files and notify you when they are ready. With just one click, you can instantly enhance both new and existing Textbots, giving them access to this knowledge for more accurate and informed responses.
To help you get started even faster, we've added two new Textbot types!
- FAQ Textbot: Automate common customer questions on autopilot. Either enable the Knowledge Base if it already contains your FAQs or manually add them to the prompt - it's that simple!
- Custom Textbot: Get greater flexibility with a fully customized bot tailored to your exact needs. Whether it's appointment booking, promotions, or something unique to your business, you are in control.
