First and exclusively on Salesmsg 2.0, an awesome feature for team leads. Gone are the days of assigning conversations one by one. Now, select multiple conversations and assign them to your team members in one go for an even spread of workload. You utilize the 'round robin' option.
Salesmsg 2.0 brings you focus mode alongside the responsive UI. Designed for those who need to concentrate, simplify your workspace by collapsing the Inbox and contact detail panels. And if you need larger font, just zoom in for a comfortable read without compromising on the interface's quality.
Next, an improvement for IVR functionality for after-hours service. You can now easily toggle your IVR phone tree on or off outside business hours. Just set your business hours, activate voicemail, and ensure callers are properly guided even when no one is available to answer.
Last but not least, for added security, account owners and admins now have the 'log out all devices' feature. If a team member leaves, you can ensure they are logged out from all sessions across devices instantly.
