Hi everyone! I am back with another monthly product update video, with some very exciting features and improvements to make your Salesmsg experience even better.
So, let's take a look.
First up, inviting new team members just got a whole lot easier. You can now add them to multiple inboxes right when you send the invite—just pick existing inboxes and select as many as you need. No more adding them one by one.
Next, a little more control for your team: you can now set which roles are allowed to create contacts. For example, you can keep contact creation limited to managers and admins, and only give view access to other roles.
You don't need to be in a conversation anymore to manage your media files. Head over to Settings and you'll find the Media Library ready to go. Add, delete, organize, and download - all from one place.
If your conversation timelines are getting crowded with calls, you can now hide them with a click. Just hit the three dots and select “Hide Calls.” Your messages and notes stay front and center. And of course, calls are still available under the Calls tab.
