Welcome back to the Monthly Sales Message product update, where we walk you through some exciting new features and improvements from last month. So without further ado, let's jump right in. First on the list, we got a big one for our ActiveCampaign users. We just added two Salesmsg custom objects for calls and SMSs to active campaign. Now, we can elevate your experience by accessing real time texting and calling event data directly within ActiveCampaign. But here's the kicker. You can now easily trigger automations using Salesmsg events such as incoming texts or missed calls.
If you are a Pipedrive user, then you'll like this one. We added a Salesmsg widget that allows you to send and receive text messages right from Pipedrive. The widgets available for you on both the contact and deal records, and you can quickly navigate to existing conversations. Pick up where you left without changing apps.
For those users who send a lot of images over text, we added smart image compression to handle large images. This allows you to send images that exceed the carrier's. MMSs size limits Salesmsg will automatically compress your image. With minimal impact to the quality.
Group Messaging is back for local numbers! Say goodbye to managing multiple conversations when one group message will do. You can simply start the group conversation by adding multiple recipients before sending your text. Last, but not least, we improve the way you interact with the vCard on Salesmsg. Now, every time you receive a vCard file, you'll be able to edit the information before saving the contact.
