Hey everyone! As 2024 is winding down, I thrilled to bring you the last product update for the year. We're wrapping up with some incredible features, so let's dive in and check out what's new!
As you already know, shared inboxes are a great way for your team to collaborate and handle conversations. To boost this on the calling side, we have just introduced Call Distribution: this cool feature lets you efficiently spread incoming calls among your team. You can quickly set up ring groups, choosing either a few or all of your inbox members, from there you can decide if you want cost to ring everyone at once or spread the load with round-robin. Plus, you can control how long the phone rings before moving onto the next ring group.
Next we've got a big one, the much requested Message Signature feature! Now with just a simple click, you can set up tweak or turn on and off your signature. Forget about typing out your signature every time, once enabled your signature will automatically tag along in all conversations and across different inboxes. And if you need to change it or turn it off, you can do that easily anytime.
For our HubSpot users with Salesmsg, you now have even more power in your hands beyond the standard HubSpot objects. You can now send SMS messages through Custom Object Workflows with Salesmsg, and it's super flexible! You can specify the recipient's phone field as an object token, or simply text all contacts associated with your custom object.
Last but not the least, sending Mass SMS from Salesforce just got a lot better! Now you can add a fun twist to your messages with Emojis. You can leverage saved replies for quick and consistent communication, and for that personal touch, easily personalize your mass messages using merge fields with Salesforce properties.
