Greetings and welcome back to the monthly product update! I have some great features and improvements to walk you through, so let's take a look.
First up, the new Conversation Slide-Out feature. Now you can view existing conversations or start new ones directly from any table view without needing to navigate back to the conversation page. This feature is available on Contacts, Broadcasts, and Textbot, making it easy to move between contacts and view responses without searching or switching inboxes. It's a quick and efficient way to stay on top of your conversations.
Next, we've added more ways to create contacts from the Conversations page. You can now click the plus button and select Create Contact - no need to start a conversation just to add a new contact anymore! And when you are starting a new conversation, simply type the number and hit enter or click anywhere on the screen. If the contact does not already exist, it will be created instantly. It's all about making things smoother and faster.
The Unread Messages Counter has been improved to direct your attention where it's needed most. Instead of counting unread conversations, the counter now tracks unread messages. So, if one of the conversations has multiple unread messages, you will see that reflected. This ensures you can quickly identify and respond to all messages requiring your attention.
Finally, we've made two great updates to our Zapier Integration. First, there is a new Contact Updated Trigger, allowing you to sync Salesmsg contact updates with other systems - even those we don't integrate with. Second, we've improved the Ringless Voicemail action. Now you can choose from recordings you already have saved on Salesmsg, eliminating the need to re-upload files each time. It's faster, easier, and more convenient.
