So let’s build the workflow together to see how it works in action. Getting started is easy: navigate to the Workflow section in the app and click on New Workflow. From there, you can choose from a pre-built template or create your workflow from scratch.
Let’s build a simple workflow to nurture leads and encourage them to book a demo. For the trigger, let’s go with a tag-based trigger that enrolls contacts automatically when the New Lead tag is applied to a contact. From there, we will add the Ring Voicemail action with a friendly, engaging message to grab attention. Then we’ll also add an SMS message action asking the customer to reply with the keyword DEMO if they are interested.
We will add a condition to check if the contact responds: if they are interested, tag them as Interested and send a follow-up SMS with the booking link. Otherwise, we can add a delay and a reminder SMS to them again after some time.
Once your workflow is ready, you can manually enroll contacts to test it out and make sure everything is as you expected. When it’s live, use the Enrollment List to track every interaction since the workflow is activated and make adjustments as needed.
