Hello Salesmsg, it’s me, Anton from Product Marketing. And today I'm really excited to show you our Intercom Integration. It will allow you to send text messages straight from your Intercom inbox through Salesmsg to the phone of your contacts. I will show you how to connect the integration and what kind of possibilities you have. First, in order to connect the integration, go into Settings, Integrations, choose Intercom and press Connect. I am already logged into my Intercom account, so I will see the authorization step. After I choose the appropriate workspace, I can authorize my access. And after that, I will be redirected back to Salesmsg settings. Here there is one more thing we need to do before we can start using the integration, and that is the Salesmsg inboxes to Intercom mapping. You can choose one or multiple Salesmsg inboxes to map into your Intercom inbox. For the purpose of this demo, I will leave it as Intercom Demo Inbox. Second part of the settings which are not necessarily required to start using our integration is Contact Syncing. So here you can choose whether you want to update information in Salesmsg, update information in Intercom and create new contacts in Salesmsg and Intercom. With that, the connection process is done and integration is ready to be used. So here we are and there are no conversations in the Intercom Inbox. And what I will do right now, I will create an Inbound Message to Salesmsg Intercom demo inbox, which should trigger the integration. Okay, we have an incoming message in Salesmsg. See what's happening in Intercom. We have opened a new conversation with the appropriate contact. Great. What we also do is we tag it with two tags. One is Salesmsg SMS that tells you that it was created through Salesmsg integration. And the second one is the inbox name so that you can do some analytics later. To reply to this conversation, you can use the Intercom Reply field or the Widget. I'll show you both. So this is a reply from Intercom. And here you see the message in the Intercom Inbox. And here you can see the same message in Salesmsg box and then apply again, it's the same thing. You will see the message populate in the Intercom inbox and in Salesmsg inbox. That's it about the sending and receiving messages. Now let's talk about information updates. So if we go back to the settings and see how we set it up. So right now if contact is updated in Salesmsg, then we want to update contact in Intercom. So let's see how it works. Let's go back to our conversation we had and let's say we want to change Demo to Demo Change. And if we go into the appropriate page for the contact here, it was an Intercom Demo. And if we update the page, it changes.
