Well, our mute inboxes feature is designed just for you. Remain connected to all your inboxes while opting out of notifications, calls, and even round-robin conversation assignment.
Enhance your customer service by combining Salesmsg IVR with call distribution. Once your phone tree is in place, activate call distribution for any IVR option directing to a Salesmsg inbox. Choose from simultaneous, round-robin, or linear distribution methods to evenly balance call loads and guarantee a swift response.
Exciting updates for sales message calling! Now you can transfer calls directly to any Salesmsg inbox, even if you are not a member of that inbox. Plus, you can now connect via calls to contacts that have opted out of receiving texts.
Last, but certainly not least, we extended Salesmsg triggers to support ringless voicemail. Now, we can easily create triggers that automatically send ringless voicemails whenever the Salesmsg trigger is fired from any application you use it on.
