Are you leveraging shared inboxes but finding team members accidentally replying to the same contact? Now, with this simple yet powerful feature, you can see who else is viewing the conversation - and even better, who is actively typing. This eliminates collisions and streamlines team collaboration for a smoother messaging experience.
For those big broadcasts, we are taking limits to the next level! You can now send up to 1 million messages per day on toll-free numbers, maximizing your ability to reach more customers at scale.
Whether for training, compliance, or quality assurance, admins can now enable call recording by default for all team members, ensuring every important conversation is captured with just one click. Simply head to General Settings and, under the Calling section, turn on Automatic Recording.
Another great feature for admins - now you can manage team access to manual opt-in and opt-out settings and Checker number validation, making sure customers who opted out elsewhere don't receive messages from Salesmsg.
Last but not least, expanding your reach just got easier! If you have customers across the border, you can now send texts to Mexican numbers right from Salesmsg or through any of our integrations.
