With IVR you can offer your customers round the-clock Support options, empower them with a self-serve ability to access information to seek, and elevate your brand all without the cost of a call center.
We built it with simplicity in mind, so in just a few clicks you can get up and running with your very own IVR. So let's take a look. First, head over to the Settings page of the Inbox you want to enable IVR. On next up the greeting message, this is your caller's first touchpoint. To add a greeting, you can record a fresh message on the spot, upload one you have prepared earlier or even use our lifelike "text to speech" voices. From there you can start adding color options, and you have the ability to send colors directly to a specific teammate in a shared inbox, forward the call to an external number, redirect the call to another Salesmsg inbox or let the call through for the next available teammate to pick it up. If you're busy, you can guide callers straight to your voicemail, so they can leave you a message, and there you have it. In just a few steps, you can set up a topnotch IVR experience for your callers.
