Hello everyone! Today, I am thrilled to share with you one of the most requested features for Salesmsg: Calling History.
Until now, viewing all your company logs - whether inbound or outbound, missed or voicemail in one place was not possible. But that's about to change!
So let me show you how this powerful feature can streamline your call management. First off, you'll notice two new views that were added to Salesmsg: one for chats and one for calls.
Clicking on the Calls tab opens up your comprehensive Call History log here. You can effortlessly filter calls by type - whether inbound or outbound. You can also drill down to see calls based on their outcome, like Missed calls or voicemails.
In this view, you'll see a dynamic table listing all your calls. You can customize this table further to include additional details such as audio recordings for calls and voicemails, and even see which team member made or received each call.
Reviewing voicemails has never been easier! You can adjust the playback speed and download recordings directly from this interface. The Call History view is designed to be incredibly flexible - you can display calls from all inboxes or narrow the list down by specific inboxes.
And if you need to follow up immediately, you can send a text or make a call right from the Call History tab! That's it for this new feature. Thanks for watching!
