Hi everyone. Welcome back to another monthly product update from Salesmsg. The team here worked on some awesome features and improvements last month, so let's review them together. First, on the list is Conversation Assignment, yet another method for you to better distribute conversations among your team members. In this case, based on the sentiment of the conversation between positive, neutral and negative. Just giving you a way to customize your service to your customers and delight them. A few weeks ago, we rolled out the Salesmsg Intercom integration. Since then, we've been making a lot of improvements to make even better. The latest being the ability to sync your Salesmsg event to the Intercom contact record. This includes things such as text messages, calls, voicemails, and even links to the voicemail recording. With this feature, you now have all the context you need right on the contact record in Intercom without having to switch between two apps. For HubSpot users who rely on Salesmsg for their calling and texting activity, we now added native Salesmsg call logging in HubSpot for all the associations. This includes contacts, deals, tickets. If you rely on Sales Message Voicemail for your calling then you already get emails with the recording of the voicemail. We improved those emails a notch by adding the transcript of these voicemails to give you the ability to quickly scan the text and know what you need to do without switching apps. Last but not least, if you need to revisit your closed conversations and export them for any regulatory reasons, you now have the ability to do so and you can choose from one of three formats from TXT, CSV and PDF.
