This month, we're making the HubSpot and Aircall integrations even better - making things more efficient and seamless for you inside the Salesmsg app. So, let's take a look at those updates!
Scheduling meetings is now easier than ever for HubSpot users. You can access and share your HubSpot meeting links directly from Salesmsg without switching tabs. Just click the new calendar icon, find the meeting link you want, insert it into your message, and you're good to go! You also have the option to shorten the URL for a cleaner look.
Accessing HubSpot lists inside Salesmsg is now seamless. In Contacts, you will find a new section under Segments where all your HubSpot lists are available for quick access. And when creating broadcasts, you can now filter contacts using HubSpot lists - making it even easier to send targeted messages.
Another one for HubSpot users—you can now customize the HubSpot data displayed on your contact cards, making it easier to see key details at a glance. You can do this for Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets. You have full control over which fields display - you can add, remove, and reorder fields to fit your needs exactly.
Aircall users can now send MMS directly from Salesmsg, making conversations richer with images, videos, audio, and other media. You can attach files from the Salesmsg Media Library or upload new media on the go - right from the messaging interface.
