For a quick overview, the customizable table gives you a snapshot of all your triggers. You can choose the fields you want to see and use quick actions to enable or disable triggers, copy the web URL, export your reports, and much more - all without any hassle.
When it comes to creating triggers, it’s never been this simple. Just give your trigger a name, choose between SMS or ringless voicemail, then add your message. From there, pick an integration or go with custom webhooks, and choose a number to send from. Before you turn it on, you can test your trigger by sending yourself a message. Just set it up, test it, and you’re good to go!
Lastly, for analytics, we have refreshed the dashboard to give you all the insights you need at a glance. You can see how many times your trigger fired, which contacts got the message, and whether they replied or clicked on a link. If you need to take action on multiple contacts that received your message, you can select those contacts and run bulk actions, such as adding tags or sending a broadcast.
