Introducing Call Waiting where you can effortlessly put callers on hold as needed, Cold and Warm Call Transfer enable seamless redirection of calls to the right team. Conference Calling for engaging and productive group discussions, and Call Whisper, which lets you add personalized introduction messages to forwarded calls. Stay tuned and let's explore these features together!
Do you need some time to look into a caller's request, or just need to step away from your desk?! With just a click, you can place the caller on hold with soothing background music until you return. And if another team member or another department is better suited to assist the customer, you can quickly transfer the call by selecting a Salesmsg inbox to transfer the call to. If you need to include others in a call, such as bringing in a manager for assistance, you can easily start a Conference Call by adding one or more participants. During the conference, you have full control to remove callers as needed. Additionally, you can use this feature for Warm and Cold Transfers by introducing the parties before dropping without ending the call. In case you want to transfer incoming calls without answering them, use call forwarding combined with Call Whisper. Call Whisper gives you the ability to add a personalized introduction message that won't be heard by the caller, but would provide the receiving party with all the necessary information needed to best assess the caller that's it for this calling update.
