You can choose from ready-made templates, record a message on the spot, upload a file, or even utilize text-to-speech technology.
Once activated, when customers call, they will be automatically placed in a virtual waiting room. This helps the members of that inbox manage calls sequentially. You can view a complete list of waiting callers organized by the time in queue. Taking the next call is just a click away with a first-in, first-out order.
