Hello, Salesmsg! Anton from product marketing here. In this short video, I would like to walk you through one of our calling features: call transfer. In order to demonstrate how it works, let me make a call from my phone. Here we have an incoming call that I can answer, and here you can see a couple of more features. The one that I'm walking through is the transfer option. If I press this button, as you can see, the call is put on hold, I am put on mute, and here I can find my second inbox to which I can transfer the call. When I press it, the transfer starts, and the call is redirected to another inbox. That's it.
