Hello, Salesmsg! Anton from product marketing here. In this short video, I would like to walk you through one of our calling features, call waiting.
In order to demonstrate, I will call myself from my mobile phone. So now I can answer this call, and it's just a regular ongoing call. However, you can see we have the pause button or put on hold button. When I press it, as you can see, I am put on mute, and the participant is put on hold. This happens because if you have recording enabled for your calling, the recording is still ongoing. To have a proper pause in the recording, we mute both the participant and yourself. I can then resume this call, and the participant comes back to the call. The timer still keeps going, and then I can simply end it. That's it.
