We're thrilled to introduce Salesmsg Custom Channels for HubSpot.
By the end of this video, you'll know exactly how to connect Salesmsg to your HubSpot inbox just like email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and more. In addition, you'll learn how to convert inbound text messages into HubSpot tickets instantly and manage everything in one place.
So let's dive in.
Adding Salesmsg to your HubSpot inbox is super simple. In your HubSpot inbox, click Actions, then click Connect a Channel. If your Salesmsg account is already integrated, you'll see the new option to connect Salesmsg. Choose the inbox you want to connect, and you're done. You can connect one or multiple inboxes - it's all up to you. If needed, you can turn off or remove the connection with just one click.
Once connected, your inbound text messages will appear right inside HubSpot alongside your emails and other channels. You can use HubSpot messaging tools you're already familiar with, like the HubSpot AI Assistant for quick responses and Message Snippets to stay efficient. The Salesmsg and HubSpot systems will stay in sync at all times, so if you close a conversation in one platform, it will automatically close in the other. Seamless, simple, and powerful.
Just like HubSpot Inbox, you can connect Salesmsg to HubSpot Help Desk. Go to Settings, click on Help Desk, and then click Connect a Channel. Select the Salesmsg inbox you want to connect, and if needed, customize how SMS-generated tickets should appear in HubSpot. That's it.
Imagine you're a facilities manager, and tenants text your support line with maintenance requests. Not only will their texts appear in HubSpot, but a ticket will also be created automatically for your team. While handling the request, you can manage the conversation directly from the ticket, keeping customers updated without switching platforms.
With this new feature from Salesmsg, you can now manage text messages just like any other channel in HubSpot, keep conversations and tickets perfectly organized, and most importantly, provide faster, smoother, and more efficient customer communication.
