Hi everyone! As you know, we've been refreshing the look and feel of the Salesmsg app, making it smoother, smarter, and more delightful to use. And now, it's Keyword's turn for a makeover!
Let's take a quick tour of what's new.
Finding the right keyword is easy - just type in the search bar or use the filters for status, created by, or created date. The table view is customizable, so you can add or remove columns as needed. Also, for each keyword, you have quick actions to let you enable, edit, duplicate, or delete a keyword in just a few clicks.
To set up a new keyword, click on New Keyword, enter the keyword name - this is what your customers will text in - and add a description to help you keep track of it. Then, set up your auto-reply message, which is what your contacts receive when they text in the keyword.
To make your response feel more personal, you can use merge fields to automatically insert details like your contact’s name or company. From there, select one or more numbers where customers will send in the keyword. If needed, you can also assign a tag to help you categorize contacts who use this keyword.
Once your keyword is active, you can monitor its performance from a dedicated dashboard. Here, you will see the total number of subscribers, as well as how many are still active and how many have opted out. You can apply bulk actions on contacts, like adding a tag or sending a broadcast to everyone who has used the keyword.
To make things more efficient, you can reply directly to a contact from this view using the Conversation Slideout, without needing to switch between pages.
