Hi everyone. It's another month, another monthly product update. We are really excited about this one. We have a whole bunch of great features and improvements that we think you're going to love. So let's check them out. First on the list is the much requested group messaging feature. Group messaging is now part of Salesmsg, and you can use it to engage multiple customers, multiple of prospects at the same time in the same conversation. You can very simply start a new conversation at multiple recipients, or you can add recipients to any existing conversation. Next on the list is a big one for our HubSpot users. As of the latest release, Salesmsg Calling is natively integrated into HubSpot. What does that mean? It means that you can make phone calls to your customers and to your leads listed in HubSpot without even leaving the application. This month, we added two great improvements to make managing contacts in Salesmsg even simpler. The first is giving you the ability to export your contacts. Now you can select all or a subset of your contacts and export them with one click. The second improvement we added to Contact Management this month is giving you the ability to map custom fields upon import. So what does that mean? So, if you import a list of contacts with a bunch of custom fields, you will have the ability to map them to existing custom fields or create them on the spot before you finalize the import. This way, you can make mass updates to existing contacts you have or import new ones with a bunch of custom fields in an automated way. Last but not least, for our customers who rely on short codes in their broadcasts, this month we added an improvement to Broadcast to allow you to see the success and failure rate of broadcasts sent through a short code. This way you'll be able to see the performance of your broadcast and adjust accordingly. Thanks for tuning in.
