Since we released Ringless Voicemail, it has been head with many of our customers. We improve the feature even further with the addition of the newly added Ringless Voicemail action for HubSpot workflows. Now we can expand your customer engagement campaigns with both SMS text messages and Ringless Voicemails through.
Salesmsg Smart Inboxes now support group conversations. If there is one or more local numbers in the mix of numbers that make up the Smart Inbox, they will be automatically used whenever you want to start a group text message.
Gain a better understanding of your messaging activity with the improved Messages Analytics report. This report shows exactly how many text messages you have sent, received, and what the outcome was combined with the credit usage report. You can also understand how these messages are impacting you!
Send mass text messages from CRM workflows in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce or active campaign without the worry of contacting someone twice. Salesmsg now automatically identifies duplicate contacts, ensuring no one receives the same message more than once.
Last but not least, Salesmsg HubSpot widget got a bunch of UI improvements, showing you a complete list of conversations you've had with the contact you're reviewing, also giving you the ability to switch inboxes and review conversations with other contacts.
