Hello and welcome back to the monthly product update! Exciting new features await, so let's jump right in and see what's new.
First up, you now have the flexibility to personalize your contact card. You can drag and drop sections to reorder them based on what matters most to you. For example, if notes and tags are essential, you can bring them right to the top. Plus, when you expand or collapse sections, those preferences are saved as you move from one conversation to the next, giving you a consistent view that works best for you.
We heard your feedback on scheduled messages and made great improvements. Now, scheduled messages are smoothly integrated into your conversation timeline and organized by date, so it's easy to see them in context. If you reschedule a message, it will automatically move to the right place, keeping everything neat and in order, just as you expected.
For a long time, many of you wanted the ability to manage multiple Salesmsg accounts under the same email. Previously, you had to use different emails for each account, but with our new multi-org support, you can finally combine these accounts into one login email. Here's how we do it: First, update the login email in your personal settings on each account to the main email you want to use. Then, from the main account, click on Merge Profile, and you will see a list of all accounts using that email. Click confirm, and you're all set!
Lastly, we've added an enhancement to the call history log that shows the source of each call recording. When you add the Record Source column, you'll be able to tell at a glance if a recording was manual, automated, or a voicemail, making it easier to track exactly how each recording was created.
