Greetings all and welcome back to the monthly product update last month! We rolled out some great features and improvements across the web app, Chrome extension and the mobile app. So without further ado, let's review them together!
First on the list is a better way to manage your conversations. First, tackle conversations needing your attention using the "Needs Response" filter. In case you need to revisit a conversation later, simply mark it as a priority and quickly access important discussions using the "Priority First" sorting option.
Your smart inboxes just got smarter! Now, when sending messages or making calls, you can either choose a specific number to start the conversation from or simply let the smart inbox automatically select the number with the closest area code to your customer.
Since its release, we've been making a lot of improvements to the AI Texting Assistant. Last month we added a slick new action to help you shorten your text, ensuring your messages are crisp, and your credits go even further. The Chrome extension got its own boost! It's now much easier to search for and quickly find your sales message contacts on the Chrome extension. And in addition, the AI Texting Assistant is now available for you on the Chrome extension as well.
Last, but certainly not least, our mobile app took a leap last month! Now we can effortlessly import contacts from your phone individually or in bulk. Plus, sharing images and videos is a breeze with our newly added background compression.
