Oh, hi, Salesmessagers! It's Mima again. And coffee. I'm here to talk about another really cool feature that we have for you. It's called Opt Out Contacts in Bulk. So let me show you how it works. What we want to do is go into contacts, and just to tell you a little bit about this, let's say you have some contacts that are not engaged. They're not feeling what you're transmitting. They're not hearing your message. They're not really opting out specifically, but they don't want to receive your messages anymore. So we got you. What you want to do is select all of them. Before, you were only able to do one at a time. And now you go into Actions, Update opt in and out status. And what you want to do is toggle this green little button right here. I'm not going to toggle it because I don't actually want to delete or manage these contact subscriptions. But this is how you do it, and I just wanted to show you that.
