First up, we've added a fresh Salesmsg widget within Pipedrive. This lets you see all existing conversations with a context. From there, you can pick up where you left or start a new conversation without switching apps.
As you start to craft your messages, you can take advantage of your very own AI Texting Assistant. From drafting responses from scratch to catching typos and fine-tuning the tone of your text, it's there for you.
