First and exclusive on Salesmsg 2.0: Your HubSpot contact details are now at your fingertips, no platform switching needed. Plus, you can access all related company and deal information seamlessly. And if you need more details, you can navigate to the record on HubSpot with one click.
If you rely on Salesmsg for calling, you can now route inbound calls directly to the appropriate team member via HubSpot properties, including contact or deal owners. Set rules for sequential calling across roles, ensuring no customer call goes unanswered.
Next, two key upgrades for the HubSpot Timeline: MMS images are now directly displayed, removing the hassle of opening URLs in multiple tabs. Plus, your Salesmsg conversation notes fully sync back to HubSpot, utilizing HubSpot's native notes event type for seamless logging.
