2025 is shaping up to be the year of AI agents, and now they are right at your fingertips in HubSpot. With our new HubSpot workflow action, you can now go beyond rigid drip campaigns. Instead, let your Salesmsg AI agents carry on real conversations with your leads and customers, texting back and forth until the outcome you care about is achieved. Just create and enable your agents in Salesmsg, and they'll be ready to use directly in your HubSpot workflows.
If your team makes a lot of outbound calls from HubSpot, this one is a game-changer. With Voicemail Drop, you don't have to waste time leaving the same message over and over. When you hit a voicemail signal, just click Voicemail Drop, choose a pre-recorded message, and move on to the next call-faster and more efficient!
We've made it easier to stay on top of your team's call activity. On the contact record, you will now see exactly who on your team made the outbound call and what the outcome was. Plus, on HubSpot's call logs page, titles are no longer generic-they now include the customer's name, making it easier to scan, track, and follow up.
Another one for HubSpot users: you can now customize the HubSpot data displayed on your contact cards, making it easier to see key details at a glance. You can do this for contacts, companies, deals, and tickets. You have full control over which fields display-you can add, remove, and reorder fields to fit your needs exactly.
