Want to send a quick text blast to your HubSpot list? Now it's easier than ever! When setting up a Salesmsg broadcast, just click on all HubSpot lists to see a full searchable list of your HubSpot lists. Select the list you want to send a message to, and you're good to go!
We've added two great updates to customize how Salesmsg syncs with HubSpot. First, you can now choose whether to log Salesmsg events like texts, calls, and voicemails only on the HubSpot contact record or on all associated records like deals or tickets. Second, you can sync contact ownership between platforms. If enabled, the contact owner in HubSpot will be updated automatically when it's changed on Salesmsg.
Finally, there's a great improvement for team visibility in the SMS timeline events in HubSpot. You can now see the source info for each text, so whether it's from a broadcast trigger or HubSpot workflow, you know exactly where it came from.
