A big update for Salesmsg calling users! Until now, you could only make outbound calls within HubSpot. With our latest update, you can now receive and respond to inbound calls directly in HubSpot. This keeps you available for your customers while working in HubSpot, eliminating the need to switch between apps.
Smart Inboxes for SMS Automation
Smart Inboxes allow you to manage multiple numbers in one inbox. Now, when using Smart Inbox for SMS automation in HubSpot workflows, you can specify which number to use for each SMS action step. This means you can send mass text campaigns with a localized presence while keeping all responses in a shared inbox for your team to handle seamlessly.
Deal-Based Workflows
We’ve added a new Salesmsg action for deal-based workflows! You can now create or update a Salesmsg contact directly from a deal-based workflow. For example, automatically create a contact in Salesmsg when a deal reaches a specific stage, or apply a tag when a deal is closed.
Contact Sharing Alignment
HubSpot’s new contact-sharing feature allows multiple teams or individuals to access a single contact. Salesmsg now automatically reflects these sharing rules, ensuring the right teams and individuals in Salesmsg have access to the right contacts based on your HubSpot settings. This is especially valuable for franchises or organizations with complex team structures.
