Salesforce is the number one CRM platform in the world. Just in the US alone, 150,000 businesses use Salesforce.
Last year, Salesmsg introduced a new two-way native integration with Salesforce using our new integration. With this integration, you can now easily text and call your Salesforce contacts all from inside your Salesforce account if you like. Since then, our team has been working to level up this Salesforce integration in every way, making it even easier to use.
So, let's take a look at what's new in the platform. First off, Salesmsg now supports a wider array of Salesforce native objects on Salesforce Lightning. The ability to send mass SMS through Salesmsg is now available for Accounts and Opportunities objects. This gives you the ability to nurture a larger list of opportunities efficiently with personalized messages.
Simply select a list of accounts or opportunities and then click "Send Mass SMS." For opportunities, you will have a detailed view of leads and contacts that are associated with these opportunities and can easily manage them from there. From here, you can craft personalized messages using features such as templates, saved replies, and emojis.
This expanded support also includes Salesforce Classic, with the latest updates. Mass texting is now available for Opportunity and Campaigns objects on Salesforce Classic. Switching gears from texting to calling, customers who take advantage of Salesmsg's cold transcription capability will find that their transcripts are now available at their fingertips right in Salesforce. No need to switch apps to get the full context you need to best serve your customer.
Lastly, since we've added a lot of great options, we now give you the ability to customize how your integration behaves in Salesforce, including:
- How Salesmsg events are logged
- Which objects to display the Salesmsg widget on
- Where to add the mass SMS capability
We will be back with more sales force updates soon. In the meantime, we'd love to hear what you think. Thanks for watching!
