Hi everyone,If you've been following along, we've been rolling out new features and updates for our Salesmsg 2.0 platform over the last few months. Now, 2.0 is ready to replace our original, outdated platform, Salesmsg. That means, going forward, you will only see the new design when you log into your account.I've mentioned that we've already rolled out a lot of features and updates exclusively for 2.0, so in this video, I want to give you a brief overview of the new experience and highlight some of those features.Let's start with the new layout. On the left side, you will notice a dedicated section for your inboxes. This layout allows you to easily see which inboxes have unread messages and need your attention at a glance. To help manage a long list of inboxes, you can now create folders for better organization. You can also pin your most important inboxes to the "Favorite" section for quick access. Finally, if you want to focus on a single inbox, you can mute inboxes or minimize the inbox section to create more space, giving you a clutter-free view of your conversations. In the single inbox view, you now have two distinct tabs: one for chats and a brand new one for calls. Under the "Chats" tab, you can sort and filter your conversations in various ways. You can focus on unread messages, prioritize those that need your response, or revisit messages you've drafted and perhaps forgotten about. You can also organize conversations by recency or priority and even enable conversation color coding, which changes color to indicate how long a customer has been waiting on a response. To help manage your conversations efficiently, we offer a variety of public conversation actions. You can mark conversations as private, reassign them to specific team members, or distribute them evenly with our round-robin feature. On the right side of the screen, you will find the new and improved contact details card. This card now features collapsible sections and quick actions, allowing you to call, email, or book a meeting with your contact with just a few clicks. Under the "Conversation" section, you can view details about the inbox you are texting from and manage conversation assignments. If you need more space for your chats, you can easily collapse the contact details card to streamline your workspace.Coming to the texting experience itself, you can now quickly switch between SMS and internal notes with one click. You can send messages immediately, schedule them for later, and even add a short delay to catch typos with the "Undo Message" feature. If you're on a roll, you can take advantage of the hotkeys: Command + Enter on a Mac or Control + Enter on a PC to send messages without the extra click. The calling experience has been significantly enhanced with Salesmsg 2.0. The calling widget is now movable, allowing you to position it anywhere on your screen for convenience. You also have access to great calling features such as call waiting, transfer, and conference calling. For those who receive a high volume of calls, we've added a call queuing feature. This feature enables you to handle multiple incoming calls without needing to increase your team size. Callers are placed in a queue and routed sequentially to the next available representative. Finally, all these calls are neatly organized in the new call history view. This log provides a comprehensive overview of all your calls, helping you quickly identify missed calls or review all your voicemails and manage your communication without jumping between conversations.Lastly, we have improved the contact section to make adding and managing your contacts easier. You will notice a streamlined layout with your segments organized on the left and your contacts displayed on the right. You can quickly search for a contact by name or number or create a segment using multiple filter criteria and save it for future use. One of the great enhancements to the contact page is the contact card; simply click on any contact to view and update their information. We're not stopping here. Over the next few months, we'll continue to add more features and improvements to Salesmsg 2.0. As always, we will be here to help you get the most out of the platform and will be eager to hear your feedback. Thanks for watching!
