Hello everyone! Are you overwhelmed by endless conversations and seeking a more efficient way to manage your inbox? Today, I'm excited to walk you through our latest innovative feature for inbox management: Conversation Color Coding. This tool, along with four other dynamic features I'll walk you through today, will transform the way you handle your inbox.
Activating color coding is as simple as a single click in the settings menu of the desired inbox. Once activated, you will see that conversations requiring your attention are color-coded. Blue indicates messages pending a response for less than 8 hours, yellow for those under 24 hours, and red for those older than a day.
You can go a step further and zero in on conversations that require a response with the "Needs Response" filter. You can also sort by newest or oldest if you need to revisit important conversations at a later point. You can flag them for quick retrieval and use the "Priority First" sorting option to bring them to the top of your inbox.
Lastly, you can skip closing out old conversations manually by enabling the "Auto-Close Conversations" feature. Simply set a period of inactivity after which idle conversations will be automatically closed, decluttering your inbox is now easier than ever.
