We initially focused on Salesforce Lightning, but we've also ensured that those using Salesforce Classic aren't left behind. Users on Classic can fully engage with both conversational texting and mass SMS capabilities.
For those on Lightning, we have significantly improved the mass texting experience. You now have the ability to incorporate saved replies, utilize merge fields for a personalized touch, and even add emojis to make your messages stand out.
Regarding the setup process for our integration, we have introduced the option to sync contacts with Salesforce person accounts for those who use this feature in Salesforce. Additionally, we've made it possible to configure Salesmsg in a sandbox environment, which is perfect for testing and training purposes without affecting your live data.
