We have listened to your feedback and enhanced the Saved Replies feature in Salesmsg 2.0, making it easier and more efficient to use. To add a saved reply, simply type the forward slash. From there, you can instantly search for the saved reply you need. Use the arrow keys to navigate, hit enter, and you're done - without lifting your fingers off the keyboard.
Need a quick overview of a long conversation with a customer? Try our new Summarized Conversation AI action. It generates concise summaries from call transcripts, messages, and notes. These AI-generated summaries highlight key points and even outline actions and next steps, saving you time and effort.
The Needs Response filter is a powerful way to segment conversations requiring a response. Now, you can take it further by marking conversations as "Responded To" to clean up your list and focus only on conversations that still need action.
Last, but not least, for our Canadian customers: if you are using Salesmsg exclusively in Canada, you can now specify that option during sign-up. This allows you to bypass U.S.-based compliance requirements and start texting your customers right away with no restrictions.
