For businesses with multiple locations or franchises, it’s common to have contacts who engage with several locations but are only accessible to one team in HubSpot. With the new contact sharing feature from HubSpot, you can now share those contacts across multiple teams and individuals without changing ownership.
In Salesmsg, if you're using the franchise feature, you can map your organizations to specific HubSpot teams to ensure each team can only text and call their designated contacts. With this latest update, any shared contacts in HubSpot are automatically accessible in Salesmsg, allowing relevant teams to reach them seamlessly.
